Whichever one fits is agreed as part of the same build quote — there is nothing separate to sign up for.
Why the monthly figure varies: a system used by three people is not the same as one used by thirty, and some need more storage, more hosting or a faster response than others. We quote the exact number once we know what we are looking after — and it does not move afterwards without you agreeing to it first.
Beyond the included hours: €75 per hour, always quoted and agreed before the work starts. If a payment fails, we call you — your system is never switched off over a bounced card.
